HIKARU JUST is the artist behind the magic of DROPOUT. 

She specializes in digital art and occasionally draws traditionally using alcohol based pens, paint markers and water color. 

She draws alien girls and believes in using art to spread love and positivity. 

She is originally from Japan and currently based in Southern Utah.
